Our primary focus, as majority owner of all centers we manage, is on owner-developed shopping centers. We handle all aspects of development including the purchase of real estate, engineering, approvals, financing, construction management and property management. We currently manage approximately 11 properties, primarily shopping centers.

We are always looking for an exceptional development opportunity. Dennis Silicato, President of Silicato Development, uses his expertise in commercial land development to take on new projects. One example is the 200-acre parcel of land in Middletown, Delaware, which Mr. Silicato developed into a 12-lot AutoMall including a Home Depot site, 5 commercial lots and a large industrial parcel. The AutoMall is the first of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States.

Through our direct relationship and association with the Architectural and Engineering firm of DAVIS, BOWEN & FRIEDEL, INC. and several prominent legal firms, we have the resources and support to offer services in Real Estate purchasing, financing, development and construction management.

We specialize in sales of select commercial properties. Our staff also offers services such as tenant representation and site selection for several national and regional tenants including Home Depot, Kohls, Giant, Super Fresh, Food Lion and more.
