Dennis is a native of Delaware. After receiving his degree in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware in 1975, with his experience and background in the construction and shopping center development industry, he started The Silicato Development Company. In 1984, Dennis received his CCIM designation. He is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware and Maryland.

Nicole is the eldest daughter of Dennis Silicato, President of Silicato Development. Nicole graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance and Marketing in 2001. Nicole then earned her JD from the Widener University School of Law in 2005. After law school, Nicole became a licensed real estate agent and came to work at Silicato Development to learn the Development business from her father.
